Vhali Dikrari yojna Beneficiary eligibility. In the exceptional case of giving birth to the first son and the second two daughters (twins) or more at once, all the daughters will be eligible for the benefit of the Whali Dikari scheme. But after the second daughter, the couple should have undergone fertility surgery. The mother should be 18 years of age or older at the time of birth of the daughter.
