Matter of submission of service book at this office for the purpose of verification of salary.
Administration Department, Gandhinagar Circular No. dated 19-06-2021 removing the age limit for submission of case of higher pay scale with the relevant office In one day 10 (ten) service books. were instructed to be presented in person at this office for the purpose of verification of salary, then taking into consideration the establishment approved on the date allotted to the primary teachers per taluka from the circular shown in reference.

GovEmployee Application allows registered employees in CSB to view and update their personal details - like contact information and salary bank account details, view monthly salary slip, request salary & service certificates and employee time attendance, and view the saved salary slips.
Also, it enables the users to search and apply for the government job vacancies.
It has been instructed to submit the salary bond verification at this office from the service book during April-2011. As per the order / circular mentioned. Social distance can be complied with considering the guidelines of Covid-19 issued by the Government and to prevent the possibility of spread of Corona infection and in the interest of the staff and administration.

However, only cases of death / retired employees and cases of court matter (concept matter) have to be sent by post. A separate notice of acceptance from another employee's service book must be submitted.
