Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2023 Yojana "Housing for All" Mission for all the rural and urban areas of the country has been announced by the Central Government on 25-06-2015 to re-construct slum-free and dilapidated houses till the year 2023.

• પોતાની જમીન ધરાવતા વ્યક્તિઓને આવાસ(મકાન) બાંધકામ કરવાના હેતુસર સહાય.

• રૂ.૩ લાખ સુધીની સંયુક્ત વાર્ષિક આવક મર્યાદા ધરાવતા કુટુંબને સહાય મળવાપાત્ર.

• લાભાર્થી પાસે આધારકાર્ડ અને બેંક એકાઉન્ટ નંબર હોવું ફરજીયાત.

• આવાસ પરિવારની મુખ્ય સ્ત્રી ના નામ પર અથવા તો પરિવારના મુખ્ય પુરુષ અને તેની પત્નીના સંયુક્ત નામે કરવાના રહે છે.

• લાભાર્થીએ NBC ના કોડ અને સ્થાનિક GDCR મુજબ આવાસનું નિર્માણ કરવાનું રહેશે.

• Beneficiary defined as a family including husband, wife and unmarried children.

• Assistance to persons owning land for the purpose of construction of housing.

• Assistance available to families with combined annual income limit up to Rs.3 lakh.

• Beneficiary must have Aadhaar card and bank account number.

• Housing should be in the name of the female head of the family or in the joint name of the male head of the family and his wife.
