Diksha portal online courses Assignment Jama karwa later
According to the above topic, in the online courses started by GCERT on DIKSHA portal, assignments are given to the trainees at the end of the chapter or mokul. This assignment has to be prepared and submitted by the trainee. This prepared assignment is to be submitted in respect of that course following the instructions given below.
1) District Coordinator has been appointed by the District Education and Training Bhavan for that course. The District Coordinator of the course will have to open an e-mail address with the name of their course and district. If possible, open a Gmail account. So that the accompanying Google Drive can be used.
2) This email account should be reported to the trainees in your district.
3) The trainee has to submit the assignment to the concerned District Education and Training Bhavan of the district in which the registration has been done at the email address received by him.
4) Verification of the assignment sent by the trainees to the email address of the course in the district which has to be done by the District Coordinator of that course.
5) Assessment Criteria for assessment of assignment should be done in 2 Rating Scale as per Assessment Criteria, e.g. Will have to use the scale.
6) If the assignment is ‘acceptable’, mention it in the trainee information. If the assignment is 'retry', instruct the trainee to return it with instructions on fulfilling the assignment criteria and re-submit it with correction.
7 ) The number, type and form of assignment may vary according to the course.
8) All assignments must be submitted satisfactorily at the end of the course. Hence, trainees who have pending submission of assignments will have to be notified periodically.
9) If any other method other than the above method of submitting assignment has been implemented by the District Education and Training Bhavan, it should be reported to the Course Director and ICT. Branch, GCERT.
10) This office will be informed when the need arises regarding this subject.
